PARTURITION INDUCTION: |
Administer the product after the 270th day of gestation . parturition should occur 30-60 hours after treatment . | ||
OESTRUS SYNCHRONIZATION: |
After the presence of corpus luteum has been determined , administer the product and inseminate during the first heat after treatment.
if no heat is observed , carry out another gynae cological examination and repeat the injection 11 days after the first treatment . |

ENDOMETRITIS OR PYOMETRA: |
Administer 1 dose of product . reped treatment 10 days later if necessary jnseminate 72-96 hours after treatment. |

GESTATION INTERRUPTION: |
Administer the product in the first 150 day of gestation. | ||
| RETARDED UTERINE INVOLUTION: | Administer 1 dose of product and if indicated repeat treatment once or twice at 24 hours interval . | ||

Administer the product from the 112 h day of gestation . repeat after 6 hours . allematively, 20 hours after the initial dose of d – cloprostenol amyometrial stimulant ( oxytocin or carazolol) may be administred. following the protocol of doulde administration , in about 70% of cases parturition occur 19-30 hours after treatment . |
